I help developers (for-profit and nonprofit), housing authorities and project sponsors move affordable housing forward at any stage, from site feasibility through entitlements, CTCAC, CDLAC, HCD and HDFC applications, closing, construction, placed in service, and conversion. Twenty-two years in California affordable housing development, more than fifteen of them in executive roles, including ten as chief operating officer of a Central Valley nonprofit developer.
