Be One Housing Group was founded to support the creation and advancement of affordable housing projects that strengthen communities across California.
Led by Justin Llata, the firm brings more than 20 years of real estate development experience and more than 15 years of executive leadership in affordable housing. Justin has worked across development, construction, finance, property management, and asset management, giving him a broad and practical understanding of what it takes to support affordable housing projects from concept to execution.
His experience includes project leadership, organizational strategy, financing, and affordable housing policy, along with sustained collaboration with boards, executive teams, public agencies, owners, and development partners. That breadth allows Be One Housing Group to provide clients with support that is both strategic and grounded in operational reality.
Justin is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he studied Computer Science. He brings analytical rigor, practical judgment, and a mission-driven commitment to helping clients create clean, safe, and sustainable affordable housing opportunities.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
